Kato Kalatozishvili is a Georgian actress working across theatre, film and television. Born and raised in Tbilisi, she graduated from the Tbilisi Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University (TAFU) in 2010. Her theatre work includes productions such as Women of Troy, Miss Julie, R+J, Prometheus and Top Girls, among others. Alongside her stage career, she has built an extensive screen career. Kalatozishvili made her feature-film debut in Stay With Me (2011).

She later appeared in Hostages (2017), which premiered at the 67th Berlin International Film Festival, and Comets (2019), presented at the Toronto International Film Festival. Her recent screen credits include Venezia (2024) and Tear Gas (2026). Her latest feature film premiered at the Locarno Film Festival in August 2026. She has also worked in television and short films, while continuing her active career on stage. In addition to Georgian, Kalatozishvili speaks English, French and Russian, and has skills in contemporary dance, singing, physical and documentary theatre, voice acting and dubbing.
